Oh December

While it isn't snowing, or anything close to snowing here in the sunshine state, winter is very much around the corner. I can hardly believe the end of the year is already here. I always feel so much nostalgia around this time. As we get closer to the end, I feel that it's only natural to reflect back on the events that unfolded throughout the year and think about what we can do differently in the new. I could never have imagined I would be where I am now. This time last year, things were very different. It's so incredible how it all works out. So many lessons learned, I can only be optimistic about the new year!

  1. i am so similar in this way - the end of the year makes me nostalgic and i measure how far i've come and how i've grown. i am always appreciating where i am now and i feel like 2014 snuck up on us! as much as i look forward to the next year, i feel like there is still so much to celebrate in december :)

  2. It would be so weird to have Christmas in a warm area! (Although, it is about 12° here now and I'd willingly trade places!)

    Merry Christmastime to you! :)

  3. I'm also extremely nostalgic during this time of year! I've learned to adjust to the Florida "feel" of winter and I can say I've been feeling extremely wintery lately.

  6. I feel quite the same around this time of year. It's crazy how much can change in such a short period of time! But I'm looking forward to what the new year will bring :)
